Our fee for advertising the sale of a horse/pony is £15.00 per photo. This covers advertising online, and in magazines, as many times as you wish for a period of one year.

If you do not wish to pay please do not use our photo.

All photos used require a credit to www.esphotography.co.uk, please refer any publisher to this web page.

For society journal picture gallerys there is no charge, we only require a credit to www.esphotography.co.uk.

Images may not be copied or published without the permission of the copyright owner
Photographers own the copyright on all images, unless a copyright release form has been issued, in which case the image/s may only be used in such a way that has been stated in the release form
As of 2003, the photographer/company must be credited wherever and whenever a picture is reproduced
The responsibility lies with the publisher to check that permission has been granted for reproduction of all images
Please remember copyright infringement is legally theft, just the same as stealing goods from a shop
